Shot Beretta in the Navy, was GARBAGE imo
I’ve seen tons of posts over the years on various gun forums concerning military M9s..… Military guys who claim to have seen morons in the military using their M9s as hammers and tools… Beating on the guns. Also, no one maintains round counts on the guns. So, they get poor maintenance, and no spring changes as necessary. So, no wonder they routinely don't work.. Add in crappy aftermarket mags to a gun that could be 15-20 years old... What do you expect...
Private owners seem to have much more luck with the Beretta.
Had the Sig or some other gun been chosen in the 80s, you'd be hearing the same complaints about it too...
