I've got quite a few used 1U rack-mount servers for sale ranging in price from $125 to $250.

2x Opteron 265 CPU’s

Intel servers are now sold but still have the better Opteron servers.
Forgot to mention that the Opteron servers all have 4 hot swap disk bays.
