i would be down for a meet-and-shoot at Champion!

we could do Layne's for lunch, then go to Champion. OH HELL YA

Layne's? Never tried it. My son had to have an emergency bathroom stop one day last month, and we stopped there quickly. Wife went in with him and said it wasn't very clean....  :P

How about Cheddars?

But anyway, that would be cool. Otherwise, I'll try to make one in Houston in a few months.

I'm down for one wherever.  Lol.  I'm also told I have to try the one in Gatesville right down the road from me.  I go right through B/CS every time we have a meet.

A guy on Glocktalk did a meet here at an outdoor range (its shut down now) back in 2005. They had a pretty big turnout.

Cheddars is the bomb. Not expensive and very good food. There is also one on 290 near Barker Cypress. We try to stop there when passing thru Houston.

I must still be in that day.  If it doesn't come in a box or with directions on the packing we pretty much don't cook it.

Took the boys to the Hot Wells range this afternoon. My youngest daughter (10) went with us. The three of them put about 1,000 rounds through the .22 rifle today. I was the designated magazine re-filler. Damn, my thumb hurts.

Ouch on 1000 rounds of loading. You need a good loader like an uplula for sure.
