King NC is only about 30miles from Madison NC.  Madison is where Remington's HQ is located.


In a state of national emergency, the law that's in effect though is whatever the officer standing before you says it is.  You won't necessarily have the luxury of debating with a LEO as to what the federal court says.  Best to keep low no matter what and only show when necessary.
