Can we sticky this topic? Was thinking along the lines of posting any kind of (what seems like) good deals on survival gear, prep stuff, ammo, gun gear, etc. As always, GIYF, folks are responsible for doing their own research on equipment and checking reviews etc. Don't count on any one person's opinion on stuff. :th_thicon_idea:

What I found last night is this:

As near as I can tell, these are Wellco's: http://www.wellcostore.com/p-W-B130.html, which do go for 60-70 bucks at the cheapest I could find, I ordered a pair, at 15 bucks pretty much any boot is good to me. I'll report on quality when I get them.

That's an excellent idea. Let us know how to are when you get them. For 15 bucks it's hard to go wrong really.  :th_thicon_idea:  I'm just ordering my stuff for my go bag. If I come across good deals I'll post them up!

Same here Jeb, I needed an extra pair for the go-bag.

Today's heads-up is for folks close to San Antonio, there is a guy who sells mil-surp stuff out of a little warehouse off Topperwein rd., address is 6646 Topper Pkwy 78233, we picked up a couple of full alice packs w/frame in good shape for $20.00 bucks each, he also has duffles and laundry bags, elbow and kneepad sets (cheap,$3.00), and has a few sets of boots, some in great shape. His phone # is : 210-881-0699, you'll find his ads in the San Antonio craigslist sporting section.

For anyone who owns a 20 gauge, SGAmmo has a case (250 rds) of slugs for 64.95, if you get 2 or more, it drops to 59.95, pretty smokin deal on slugs, estimated shipping is 15 bucks on a case.
