Why do I sense a backlash against conceal carry coming :thinker:

http://www.khou.com/news/HPD-Masked-robbers-kill-Family-Dollar-clerk--152016755.html

"Then, another customer, who was armed and had a concealed handgun license, pulled out his weapon and exchanged gunfire with the suspects.

The clerk was fatally shot during that exchange. Police have not yet determined whose bullet killed her."
Well the left foot it'll follow where the
Right foot has traveled ...............

Should be pretty easy to determine what gun the clerk was killed by, even the surveillance recording should be enough to get a pretty good idea.

Not enough details.  But lets hope it wasn't from the customers gun.

I can see that happening, especially when the BG got away and an innocent person dead.

f--- the media

All the CHL holder has to say is he thought the armed robbers were going to herd them into the back room. They locked the doors so no one could escape. Any reasonable person could probably figure out what was going to happen next.

Charge the robbers with murder for the clerk's death THEY caused during the commission of THEIR crime.

Absolutely. If anyone dies during the commission of a felony all who commit the felony are responsible. So he may have dodged the bullet, but not the needle.
