Constitutional Violations!!

When are we, as Americans, going to stand up for what is right? For years we have allowed the Federal Government to expand past the Constitutional boundaries. When are we going to insist that any law the Federal Government has made that is Unconstitutional be ignored? Are we going to allow the rule of the Powerful Elite or the rule of the people in mass? We have allowed the uneducated and poor in this Country to DEMAND free food and we call it “welfare”. This Country was founded on LAWS, and we have allowed the corrupt politicians to ignore these laws and pass bills that violate the constitution. It is time that we stand up for what is right and fight the machine that is Federal Government. We must INSIST that the Federal Government stay within the bounds of the Constitution or we must separate ourselves from this machine before it goes in the way of the Roman Empire.

Congress has taken upon itself the powers of the Courts and attempted to infringe on States rights. The Congress in this Country is supposed to EXTREAMLY limited, but we have allowed both parties to twist “the commerce clause” and the “necessary and proper” clause to achieve political power, financial wealth or popularity. I can NO LONGER support any candidate who will choose to extend himself or his position past its regulatory bounds.
I feel like I am alone in my “interpretation” of the US Constitution, but it scares me that with a right as clearly defined as “the right of the PEOPLE to KEEP and BEAR arms” the Supreme Court of the United States can be so clearly split that almost half of the member voted against people being allowed to keep firearms in their OWN HOMES.

How am I to vote? How am I to take my Stand? I have sworn an oath to support and defend the Constitution of the United States, and in order to do that I have come to realize that it’s limitations barley exist any more. It has been ignored and twisted. How am I to act? How am I to defend the Constitution against all enemies, foreign and domestic?

Very good questions Aj. Being active in the process to achieve a return to constitutional principals is essential at this point I feel.
Spread the word, open the eyes of those who are not paying attention and the more we can awaken, the more power we have to move things in the right direction.

One of the biggest problems is that so many people Want Want Want and are only concerned with the short term. So many people that I have talked to twist the constitution to implement their programs for "the greater good" It's sad that they don't care about what the constitution really says...
