They seem worried that any shots as little as 3 degrees too high will exit the quary and pose a risk to their neighborhood, but don't appear to understand that the firing direction is south while the neighborhood is to the east...lol

At least this is about a new range causing complaints from an old neighborhood instead of the more common situation where a neighborhood pops up next to a range (or other source of noise) and then tries to get them closed down.

Stupid people.

By the way, as far as safety goes, the shooters are firing north, and the subdivision is to the east, at a ninety degree angle from the line of fire. The odds of a stray round in that direction are extremely remote.

If people from the gun range are hitting that subdivision, I never want to shoot there.
